Extra Special Breakfast Special 3/7/11

So registration for classes is today and I think I'm going to take Shaping Light, a class about blowing glass and making neon signs. That's in addition to my Advanced Audio Production class.

This basically means I'll be here for a little bit over the summer before I can graduate, but I think I might be able to walk in the spring?

And what does this mean for you?

More shows featuring me! I'm talking to Ruth about picking up a few more Breakfast Special shifts during the spring and might continue to do it during the first few weeks of summer.

This of course means I have to drop Nonfiction Media, which is kind of a shame because it's a really fun class. It's tough to make decisions like this, you know? Normally, I would stay in it and tough it out because I know it's a good class and because I would graduate that much earlier.

I've learned a few things about being impulsive in a good way in the past few weeks, though. And if that means anything at all I'll be here in Oly until July 20th.

And really the worst part of it all is postponing or (omg) cancelling an awesome roadtrip this summer. (Oly --> MT. Rainier --> Redwoods --> Arches)


And that's the big insight into my life for today. It's just such a nice morning that I feel like being contemplative, I guess.
